Welcome to Bayberry Inc.! We are a nonprofit human services agency specializing in supports and services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Bayberry Inc. uses a person-centered approach to providing supports and services, which means the individuals we support direct the decisions that impact their lives. All services are individualized and geared toward success in their community based on choices, preferences, and lifestyle. We strive for empowerment by focusing on strengths, talents, and abilities while ensuring safety and health. This approach is ongoing and ensures each person is supported towards their personal goals, even as they evolve and change.

Bayberry Inc. supports over 75 individuals in our Supported Living, Independent Living, and Residential Services programs in Napa, Solano, Lake, and Sonoma Counties.

The people who provide support are Bayberry Inc.’s most valuable resource. We match each individual in our programs with the most appropriate support staff and create unique support plans with each person’s interests in mind. Every day, support staff empower individuals by focusing on individual strengths, talents and abilities all while ensuring safety and health. These supports are often life changing.

It is our mission to collaboratively provide access to sustainable methods of empowerment and community integration with passion and commitment.
